What Types of Tree Survey Are Available in Stamperland?
Stamperland trees are assessed with three survey types: Tree Condition Reports for general health checks, Mortgage Tree Reports for lender requirements, and BS5837 surveys for planning applications.
Tree Condition Reports (TCR)
A Tree Condition Report assesses the health, structure and safety of a tree, identifying decay, disease or structural weakness. Homeowners, insurers and property managers request this report to decide on removal or management works.
Mortgage Tree Reports (MTR)
A Mortgage Tree Report is required when a lender flags trees near a property during a house purchase or remortgage. The report satisfies the requirements set by major UK lenders before funds release.
BS5837 Tree Surveys
A BS5837 survey categorises every tree on site by quality and value, sets root protection areas and produces a tree constraints plan. East Renfrewshire Council requires this survey for planning applications affecting trees.
